The blade glides through a wedge of aged gouda like butter, and the deep pink and forest green handle feels sturdy enough for serious grazing sessions. It’s become my go-to for charcuterie nights, and the spreader side works just as well as the slicer.

The pink and green handle is even prettier in person, and it’s got a nice weight that makes slicing through a firm cheddar feel effortless. Only gripe is the blade isn’t as sharp as I’d like for hard cheeses, but it’s perfect for spreading and soft wedges.
